Making sure it's right for you
We want you to feel clear, grounded, and supported as you explore whether this experience is the right fit for you.
That’s why every woman begins with a private consultation. After you complete the form, Rachel personally reviews your responses and reaches out to schedule a one-on-one conversation.
This is a space to talk through what’s going on in your life, ask any questions you have, and explore—together—whether The Feel Good Life feels aligned for you at this time.
Below are answers to some of the most common questions. Anything more personal or specific can be explored during your conversation.
What does the experience include, and how is it structured?
What is the time commitment?
What if I can’t attend all the live sessions?
How much attention and coaching will I receive? Is Rachel available to me privately?
What if there are practices I don’t want to do?
How do I know if I’m ready for this?
I’ve never done therapy, coaching, or personal growth work—can I still do this?
I’ve already done a lot of personal work. Will this still be valuable?
Is this a trauma healing program? What kinds of experiences do you work with?
How is this different from therapy? Should I continue with my therapist?
What is the makeup of women in the group?
I’m not sure I want to be in a group—what is that like?
What happens after the program ends?
This might be right for you if…
Something in your life is ready to shift.
Not because everything is falling apart—
but because you can feel that the way you’ve been living, relating, or holding things isn’t quite working anymore.
You may already understand yourself in many ways,
and still feel like something isn’t fully changing.
If you’re ready to engage in a deeper, more supported process—
and to create change that you can actually live and sustain—
this may be the right time to explore this work.
