Each class follows a clear, intentional rhythm. Included in every class are experiential practices, deep teaching, sharing, and time for questions. Sharing is always optional and kept brief, allowing the work to stay present-focused rather than revisiting the past.Â
The modalities are thoughtfully blended and include aspects of depth hypnosis, somatic experiencing, meditation, breathwork, conscious body connection, pelvic floor work, tapping, emotional intelligence, visioning and quantum awareness, parts integration, mindfulness, and multiple layers of coaching, including communication, boundaries, goals, and accountability. The work is also informed by current neuroscience and the science of joyâhow the brain and nervous system create new patterns through safety, regulation, and embodied experience. There are influences from NLP, yoga, EMDR-informed approaches, and adapted shamanic practices.
Classes are both spacious and engaging. There is often laughter, insight, and moments of genuine clarity. Many women leave feeling more connected to themselvesâand to the other women in the roomâwithout pressure or performance.
