Rachel, with over 20 years experience as an alternative therapist, coach, and founder of The Feel Good Life group program, will guide you through diverse, interactive exercises and a step-by step method that will have you feeling lit up at the end of the day.Â

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
You’ll need a notebook and pen. Set aside 90 minutes to watch the class without any interruptions. This is very important so you can engage your whole self—mind, body, and spirit.Â
From the moment it starts to the moment it ends, do everything that Rachel instructs. Really. Everything. Rather than listening while you're trying to multitask (the greatest enemy to being your best self!) give all of your attention to this so you can implement the teachings right away. The most important thing is for you to implement the step by step strategy and try it for one week. Everyone in your life will thank you for this!
