Rachel, with over 20 years experience as an alternative therapist, coach, and founder of The Feel Good Life group program, will teach you specific tools that you can use when you are experiencing difficult emotions, thoughts or sensations. They can also be used as daily practices to proactively create positive feelings in the body. When used daily as a way to nourish the nervous system, you will begin to unwind old stressors and restore balance.
